no, it doesn't. i don't think you understand what's going on. yes, the suspension is only 10 days after which this will trade on the grey market. revocation proceedings are completely different than a suspension. the administrative law judge does not care about business plans. all he cares about is why the company was seriously delinquent. and when and if they will become current. the alj will recommend that the company voluntarily accept revocation. that is how these things work.
