This is a classic case of watching what Saleen DOES rather than what he SAYS.
All the evidence = PUMP and DUMP. Saleen NEVER had any intention of running a legitimate publicly traded company for the benefit of his shareholders. In fact, just the opposite. He designed the company to use the public equity market to scam investors. SLNN was set up by an experienced scam artist from the marijuana industry who has a well documented history of acquiring shell pink sheet companies and heavily promoting them as he and his partners are cashing out discounted shares behind the scenes.
Saleen was the perfect type of branded company to use for this purpose and low integrity aging Saleen was more than ready to play along by issuing Billions of Shares then tuning ONE Tesla and promoting the hell out of it. Then China.Then the S7R, what a joke. No chance of ever producing this vehicle. Now the Truck. Another Scam. Just ammo to pump the stock.
The only Justice SLNN shareholders will see is when Saleen finally goes BK and they repossess any assets that remain and when News of this SEC action hits the Automotive magazines and Steve's horrible reputation is confirmed AGAIN. In my opinion.
