Well, how does anybody know for certain w/o possession of the daily Enigma settings 
Anyway, for the record I will GUESS:
It is the 248 PFS data with the concurrent OS data. That OS data would not be the final OS (233) thus would be INTERIM. And I will go with BLINDED being the "the data previously known as blinded" (i.e., it has been unblinded).
I would not put anything past LP, but I fail to see how LL and the others would sign a paper with some sort of blended game.
