Its true we did have an exchange of owners in the Wyoming filing very soon after the initial new owners took over , however it is impossible to know the circumstances of that exchange or if possibly the latest persons in the filing are not somehow still involved with the previous filers, all details remain to be seen. The previous owners of this company put out many false and misleading PR's over many years in my opinion, but to assume the new owners are just part of a wash, rinse, repeat strategy is hardly fair, as we know nothing about these guy's nor their intentions going forward, other than they acquired this shell for the purpose of a reverse merger. It only makes sense they "new owners" have a private company that they are taking public and news will be forthcoming. If they were a scam the 1's would not likely have dried up, there would most likely have been an endless supply as with most of these down here, so I'm very inclined to believe this is the real deal.
