I'm well aware of the potential motivation for reimbursement Doc, but we were primarily discussing PFS in the thread.

There is historical precedence to unblind PFS and keep OS blinded.

Also, medians can move and be reported after unblinding results were released. Look at Optune's long term results. The median improved.

This would make a lot of sense if all placebos already PFS evented.
