Im am "writing off" the entire non-ONCI portion of NECA in my consideration there.

For me it's all about the ONCI connection, and the ideas and connections STEVE is bringing to the equation.

Kinda like what the people who go on SHARK TANK with failing businesses trying to hook a shark do.

The SHARKS' connections are what's key to future success in what they end up doing all of the time.

Think we all know that's a good thing.

Their past has no bearing on future potential in NECA
