Gee, given the death sentence of this disease, and the small population, and the safety of 273, this sounds tailor-made for those compassionate use laws like I think they have in Arizona that allow you to take an experimental drug outside of a formal trial if you sign off as accepting the risk. We should contact these people and let them know of 273's success in ending insomnia in alz patients...it would seem as if 273 might possibly be the answer here as well.
