OUR DISRUPTIVE VOTE by voting the white card and not voting ES, CJ and DP on it CROSSES ALL PLANS and gives us CHANGE (3 NEW RONIN candidates, 3 New PPHM representatives and CEO King as the file-rouge, that is CHANGE of 6 NEW BoD Members).

Would you not agree that voting at the shareholder meeting, cross ticket, for the best candidates as we perceive them, is the optimal approach to ensuring that our vote best represents our choice. Please don't tell me why people can't or won't make the shareholder meeting. That is not the question. The question very simply is this Do you encourage those that can attend the shareholder meeting to attend and vote cross ticket to ensure their vote has optimal impact for the choices they deem best represent their interests?
