bfiest, what a stupid suggestion on my behalf would that be if I made it?

At least I didn't suggest, as did others, to destroy PPHM voting cards (making any change of mind impossible or way harder). Why would one suggest that if on the right side?

Secondly going to the ASM may be easy for you, but for people over here and in many other parts of the world going to the ASM is not a DAY event!

Furthermore such suggestion would be generically a joke. Many shareholders have small amounts of PPHM shares. They spend more on plain ticket the their position is worth (an exaggeration).

So I think you may want to revise your conclusions below because the reasoning may have been a little hasty.

If you really had positive intent you would suggest, 1st and foremost, that everyone that can attend should attend the shareholder meeting and vote cross ticket for the best candidates at that time withholding your vote for, at minimum, the crooked 3 non employee directors that have caused harm to this company. The fact that you never suggest that makes your intent suspect.

Furthermore I would NEVER SUGGEST THAT ANYWAYS because I believe that if RONIN wanted to get FULL CONTROL of the BoD (as they wrote) then he should have the position in PPHM shares to at least get his 3 candidates on the board (together with his claimed 'others') AND CERTAINLY if we help him by unbalancing the PPHM WHITE VOTING CARD by voting WHITE and NOT voting ES, CJ and PD (which will keep them from collecting votes to win from the RONIN candidates).

And by the way, wasn't the first agenda to get rid of CJ, DP and ES? While now our first agenda has become making sure RONIN makes it?

If one day it would seem that the RONIN game was in some way connected/synchronized with a PPHM plan of ES, CJ and DP and us voting RONIN is part to make sure that they all 3 stay on the BoD with the RONIN candidates, then I think many on here will peep differently.

In other words, ES, DP and CJ would have THEIR 3 RONIN friends on the BoD plus Dr. LIAS OR CEO King.

OUR DISRUPTIVE VOTE by voting the white card and not voting ES, CJ and DP on it CROSSES ALL PLANS and gives us CHANGE (3 NEW RONIN candidates, 3 New PPHM representatives and CEO King as the file-rouge, that is CHANGE of 6 NEW BoD Members). We know Dr. LIAS is not a puppet of the current team. remains to see who the two others are.

And for NOW MY SUGGESTION is a POSSIBILITY. RONIN has NOT PROPOSED any additional candidates, did they, and NOBODY could STOP us from doing the unbalancing.

You know, that is why I am under constant attack. This plan came out of a corner nobody expected and the result for ES, CJ and DP when we execute this is called : Check & Mate.

When I still said a while ago, before it became clear ES, CJ and DP where not going to defend themselves against the hostile RONIN accusations, "I don't vote RONIN, I follow the PPHM BoD voting advice" all was good. OK, I worked for the BoD so to say but behind that no attacks, calm see.

NOW, while I still say the same, "I don't vote RONIN, I vote the PPHM White Card but WITHOUT ES, CJ and DP" many attacks surfaced. SO I start to believe that we have quite some ES,CJ, DP support and that any advice to vote RONIN is to get ES, CJ and DP elected in favour of the NEW nominated candidates by PPHM.
