I know-what-you-mean. My "gut" tells me things too:

DD tells me that a company in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (aka "Protection from Creditors")acceded to the wishes of a majority shareholder and fired the BOD so that the majority shareholder (who was willing to guarantee that Creditors were made-whole) could replace them with their own BOD.

Any "movement" by the original BK filer will have to be approved by the Judge (referee)

I'm not a BK Lawyer but it would appear to me that, the Creditors having been satisfied, any attempt to cancel the common shares would be incongruous. This CH 11 BK is all about the Creditors.

And as for my "gut" IT tells me "It's almost lunchtime!"

On the subject of CON men, how in the world did revealing the apparently "damning" contents of an email, which drove the pps DOWN, benefit the CON man?

It would seem to me that the only criteria for making some investors happy is whether or not THEY made money. i.e. If they MADE money, the stock and all the posters are GREAT! If they LOST money, the company is a scam and all the posters are charlatans!

Perhaps some traders/investors should stop listening to their "GUT" in all areas not related to FOOD!
