I understand he speaks fast and perhaps some things come across somewhat vague, but ... did you get the impression or feeling that he might expect this report to come out before year-end? Or a feeling that the report might come out "imminently"?
Now I am also curious as to what his expectation might be regarding "how regulators might react" to such a report. Hmmm ... hopefully they will react very positively.
