It is my opinion also that the 233 OS event threshold has been passed. If NWBO indicated in early June that they were just 2 events removed from this threshold, and that they were seeing about 2 OS events/month, then they were implying an expectation to cross the threshold in early July. We are now 3 months past that early June prediction. I believe it is statistically highly highly unlikely that these last 2 events would not have occurred in 3 months time.
Additionally, if NWBO only gets an update once/month .... then I think it would be highly likely that they would have already been informed of surpassing the 233 events during their August update at the latest.

So I do find it "odd" that they indicate they "have not yet decided whether to go beyond the 233 events", if they have been informed that these 233 events have already occurred. If they are now at 235 or 237 events, for example, then when do they intend to make a decision whether they will go beyond the 233?
