Ok...that was the only "if" I saw, but itdoesn't change this:

And obviously I don't agree with this...

...for the reasons previously stated, i.e. if the $200/lb gets divided up by the shares outstanding then what is the incentive to anyone to buy any more shares, especially the original investor?
The 8M will never be sold and I can't figure out why any more at all will be sold.

I believe that the size of the series was designed to allow for the minimizing ($.000xx) of the per share dividend. It's meaningless.

But can it core A apple?
