Thanks for sharing your view. In this case, I am concerned you could be correct. The reason I say "concerned" is because for me personally it would be kinda disappointing to wait 2 years with a PPS that has been buried in the basement, for a partner and only get $50M upfront. Even $100M would only be "okay" in my view, not exciting. JMO.

But I think your comments are entirely plausible.

The one reason I do want a big cash deal is that I see it as the only guaranteed way to break the short's vise grip. I figure the market will continue to give ADXS a 2 1/2 times cash market value. So $100M in cash should be worth another $300M in market cap, or a new base PPS of around $12 to $14.
