Schena Happens is so inept and shady, that it often turns out their own attorneys quit and/or sue them for unpaid fees and expenses. There are multiple cases of this with judgments and liens won in court by their own attorneys against them.

And of course it is SOP for Shena Happens to lose the suit or settle on terms equal to a total loss.
