Schena Happens has claimed to have signed zillions of NDA's, term sheets, deals, agreements contacts, proposals, inquiries, etc. In almost every case of anything that would be considered material, significant, important are worth anything, it's VAPOR and quite often flat out deception......

On things they actually sign, odds are it will end in a lawsuit where "Shena Happens" blatantly violated a deal.
