IS SIGO PRESIDENT VALERIE BAUGHER FAKE?

I have struggled to find information on the person disclosed as President of Sunset Island Group, Valerie Baugher.

Here is her bio in the most recent amended S-1 that permits the company to sell 20mm shares for $0.10 per share:

Ms. Baugher was appointed as our President, CFO, and Director on October 30, 2016. Since September 2015, Ms. Baugher s worked as Manager of Dispensary Relations for Von Baron Farms, a medical marijuana edible company. From 2005 through September 2015, Ms. Baugher worked as a consultant for various business in California. Ms. Baugher’s consulting services related to general business and marketing. Additionally, In March 2014 Ms. Baugher was located in Oakland, CA consulting in the medical marijuana industry. Ms. Baugher relocated to the Sothern California area in October 2016 to begin working with Mr. Magallanes with regard to the Company’s operations Ms. Baugher, has a B.A.in history from California State at San Marcos. Ms. Baugher background in the medial marijuana industry led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director in light of our business and structure.

With so few companies mentioned by name, it's not easy tracing her history. I performed a Google search on "valerie baugher" "von baron farms", and there isn't much info that would help identify her.

I realize that maybe she just doesn't use social media, so I expanded my internet search. I am unable to find much except SEC filings like this one that always involve Joseph Wade / Joseph Wade Mezey:

It appears from the selling stockholder table that Valerie Baugher is the beneficial owner of more than five percent of your common stock. Please list Valerie Baugher and Orange Bear Holdings in the beneficial ownership table. Refer to Item 403(a) of Regulation S-K.

Orangebear Holdings, Inc. is an entity registered at California with company number C3512572. Company is incorporated on 8th October 2012. Current status of the company is FTB Suspended. Registered agent is Valerie Baugher, 336 W Ave Palizada San Clemente CA 92672.

I have also called - the company has a voice mail without individual messages.

With that said, I do believe that there is a Valerie Lynn Baugher who graduated from California State at San Marcos in 2002:

This person may be her - she shows up in several instagram pix from the failed Von Baron Farms, a penny stock scam that totally wiped out shareholders of the public company that owned it and never generated even six-figures of sales:

It's not clear that she actually is this same person, but, even if she is, there is very little known about her except her association over the past five years with penny stock scams. This is a search on http://pro.edgar-online.com for "Valerie Baugher" - all of these are Joseph Wade / Joseph Wade Mezey deals:



Mezey is a scammer that dropped his last name, now just "Joseph Wade". Could he have just invented this person? Even if she is real, she has no demonstrated ability to be the CFO of this company based on her resume the company provided.

It will be interesting to see if Valerie Baugher will be at the tour on September 16th. There are no phones or cameras permitted, but maybe someone can at least let us know if she attended. Even better, see what kind of skills she has with respect to finance.
