The way I see it most of placebo are expired by now. I don't expect this trial on that front is different from any other survival data. My gut is good enough for me on that.

I do not think these authors stated in the presentation are off from what Bosch and Liau expect. Otherwise the mention would not have been provided. This really shines a light on the Smith website. Success with NWBO will only drive paying customers to his site in the future. Right now most of us leach off the freebies. Not that Smith needs it at this time in his career.
