Ever watch Macgyver years ago, its called using your imagination in desperate times. LP just pulled a rabbit out of her hat for those that on't know what the show was about. She couldn't announce anything but she sure can use someone else's work as an announcement and get away with it legally and if anyone tries to attack it she can side step that too....pure genius if you ask me. She covers everything in one fell swoop!
Am I surprised to learn what Bosche talked about certainly.
But I am pleasantly surprised.
Obviously this is why the presentation wasn't going to be webcasted.
Look if you are a bunch of attorneys running out of time and money and are blinded but know enough about your trials from hearing about everyone living longer from the head Doc and hearing the survival stories from patients first hand who would you got to to write up what Alpha calculated. They couldn't calculate or find someone in time to calculate heck but if it makes sense to Bosche and written not by the Company why shouldn't they use it , especially if they (Bosche & Co) too agree with it which they obviously are admitting to by using it in the presentation.
Now they aren't PRing anything they aren;t allowed to because they are blinded. They are using something that was prepared by the public made public. They are just using the same tactic Phase V did but in the Company's best interest by helping the shareholders have some info that was publicly made that they agree with. I think LP is a genius. A cheap, quick and safe approach to give us what we need, info, the info that we have been asking all along.
Now we know that Alpha was write on with his calc and why not, that is what he does for a living. So they got calls for free and immediately. Bosch reviewed and probably told LP it is as good as anything they could have prepared if they were allowed to. o they went with it. They can't get into trouble, they satisfy shareholder info needs and hopefully nobody reacts like this board just did in being insulted by how the presentation was made. Lets thank Alpha for doing their work for them without them having to or hurting the trial because they are blinded.

Thank you LP for the info. And by the time LP makes her presentation or before she just may have the actual data to discuss. But everything looks like we beat the minimum requirements for an approval. Just see Alpha's calcs for the proof because the company is telling you to. Alpha is our hero and Lp's hero.
