When the audited fins had 0 follow up from Rich, that was my que to bail. The airplane over a couple beaches for one day marketing strategy confirmed this is a shit show.

Glad I bailed when I did.

Maybe a flip opportunity will arise? Not holding my breath on that either.

We got screwed.

I was never, and my posts will show this, a "we're gonna be rich" cheerleader. I had hoped to make some gains obviously, but not to a point where I would "pump" this to entice others to buy.

I'll keep playing the market though, my end game is to be able to leave my job someday before I'm forced to lololol!!!
