Mundo,

I don't need to be rude but, Wave will not meet this requirement until they become FIPS 140-2 approved. The last I saw they failed.

Credant, Safeboot and Utimaco have been approved. The US Army is a big Credant fan because they were the first to receive NIST 140-2 approval. Utimaco is without question the most robust Full disk encrption software.

You friends at Dell sell a ton of Credant into the Army, not Wave. Check on line you'll see.

Utimaco just received 140-2 approval last week. They will win the majority of the Federal encryption buy's do to their robust solution. Sorry Wave, un til you are approved you will not be winning any encryption deals.

Oh, BTW you won't be winning any major Enterprise deals until your software can be deployed without having to touch every system. Do you honestly think any Enterprise wants to touch thousands of systems? No way!!!

Watchout for Infineon, they can deploy through AD.
