I am open to correction.
I have read the filings multiple times looking for a reason to invest. I have invested in multiple other crypto currency related securities and directly in multiple crypto currencies. I have also directly mined bitcoin for approximately 9 months.
Please give me the page number in the filing that lists number of bitcoins (or fractions thereof) that are owned by BTSC.
Or, any crypto currency being mined (and owned) by BTSC.
Or, any other assets you can think of (on the filings) that are directly crypto currency related that would also rise with the value of said crypto currencies.
I will buy tomorrow if you can show me, in the filing, anything that directly links BTSC assets to anything crypto currency.
For the record, I can see in their filing that they have:
639,721,827 common shares outstanding
9,237,473 Preferred "A" shares outstanding
5,366,666 Preferred "B" shares outstanding
10 Preferred "C" shares outstanding
note "the Preferred "C" shares shall be deemed as the equivalent of 60% of all common shares represented" for voting purposes. This gives the owners of the 10 shares of Preferred "C" full voting power over the company. This allows them to dilute the common shares unlimited without risk of losing voting control.
for a total of 654,325,976 shares outstanding. Which at a easy round figure of .10 per share, gives this a market cap of $65.4 million dollars (please note, they had 50,000,000 shares outstanding about 1.5 years ago).
The current assets on their books are $227K. Yes, that is .227 million dollars.
So the current market cap is 260 TIMES current assets and they are currently running at a negative net income ($131K year to date) so it will not likely be getting better soon.
UNLESS, they have crypto currencies directly owned as assets on their filings..... which brings me back to my original point. If BTSC is legit, they will disclose crypto currency assets on their filings so they (and shareholders) can participate in the bitcoin craze.
