You can believe the RAF has done their Due Diligence on Tempus Applied Solutions. For a bid of .52 to be attractive to the seller it has to be a 25% to 30% discount to MINIMUM expected future value.

Lest we forget Johan Eliasch has a few connections as well. After all he was the former Special Representative of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. No brainer here.
