I don't know how much he'll be dumping, but a lot of longs will be and all traders, buying back when things settle.
When I think about all the folks who thought I was crazy about sales not going ballistic, share prices of up to buck fiddy were ridiculous, $1B buyouts impossible, and those screaming no dilution since I started here in early Mar at 820M, now 1.388B, just 5 months later, and 115M just 14 months earlier, I am just amazed still at the support for this loser. Top all that off with 482M issued to pay debts (not our debts...his old ones), then raised to 613M, then now to 688M? And those shares increase from 51% to 100% more (depending on your view of his statements) with Pref D effect.
