They registered an offering at a dime when the price was $.13. Seems reasonable enough.
Now the price is $1.64 or something like that. I believe that the registration is for the stated number of shares. So they are presumably no longer TRYING TO SELL 20MM SHARES AT $0.10....they are TRYING TO SELL (up to) 20MM SHARES at whatever they can get for them.
Do I have that right?
