But Missling has stated they have enough cash for now. They will go to the well when the price is higher, IMO.

At a rate of 50,000 shares per day one can not cite a rate of $3.38 for LPC purchases.. just plain silly.

This is a post from 2016 from Jimmy667, nothing has changed.

Yes, Lincoln Shares would be sold slowly and Lincoln would only resell them at a profit not in a down slide and a normal maximum of 150K shares per week (50K every other day) would not make a dent in capping a rally when many millions trade hands on up-spike rally day. One needs only to examine the structure to decipher that the Lincoln ATM was never ntended to fund trials.

CEO Missling has said repeatedly a Partnership will fund trials.
Anavex has been diligent as of late in perfecting the Lincoln "drip drip" ATM. However, it is obvious that it was designed to be used to fund day to day operations.

Possible reasons to press the perfection of the Lincoln Prospectus now are that 1) Avanex management believes there may be short term catalysts to propel the price to areas where utilization of the ATM will be advantageous. 2) To show possible partners that Anavex does not need upfront payments as part of a possible deal. 3) A possible partnership deal is in the works that does not include upfront payments.
4)A grant program for a trial in some indication where the Govt. or private agency wants assurances that Anavex can fund its own day to day operations.

Good Luck to all the Brave longs that have been hanging in here.
