LET'S GET A CONSERVATIVE HANDLE ON REVS


We know there was $307K in Q1 and Q2 will be out by 9/15...since we don't have the numbers let's just say they are the same as Q1...

We do know a bit about our current Q:

1) Google deal is priced at ~$600K annually but announced mid Q so call it $50K August and $50K Sept. $100K

2) ASSURANT is $1.2M annually and first $100K came in August so $100K August and $100K Sept. $200K

3) Florida Law Group is $20-$80K/mo so figure $50K and likely no REVS till Sept. $50K

4) Shopping Website is $20-$80K/mo so figure $50K and began early August so figure on just Sept for REVS to be conservative. $50K

5) 8 Dealer Group in Texas is $40K/mo beginning in Sept. $40K

$200K ASSURANT
$50K Law Group
$50K Shopping Site
$40K Texas Dealer Group
$440K

We still have 45 more days for new contracts.

I will use that $440K for Q3 AND Q4

The reason these numbers are not correct is we don't know how much of the $307K in Q1 REVS was 1X income and how much was monthly, like all of our Q3 contracts are...

If 1/2 are not 1X sales then we add $150K to the Q2 numbers which would give us a $450K Q2.

Using same method for Q3 we would add $225K to it from earlier residual contracts to get us $665K

Using same method for Q4 we add $330K to it from earlier residual contracts and we are at $1M for Q4...

It's tough to figure out..

Low as $1.49M and as high as $2.4M

I assume there would be profits in there to use a PE by then.

No way with SAN ANTONIO MICHIGAN FORD FLEET FORD MOTOR CHRYSLER ENTERPRISE and more, that one or all could be signed which would likely double or triple those numbers without breaking a sweat..

FORD or FORD FLEET on low end could be good for 100K units/yr (real low) they get it for $100/unit vs $200/unit thats another $10M by it's low self to add to the $2.4M.

Can't let this go without owning a good amount of shares.
