What do you mean? I would be selling shares that were not mine!! What filing?

After I resign (post merger) and cover with my millions of (former) control shares - then I would be happy to fill out a form 3/4 just for you.

When I cover - that would be the point that it is considered a "sale."


Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
