I never said shorting was illegal. However, for the CEO of a company (according to you) to short his own stock without any filings would be incredibly illegal, breaking several SEC regulations. The very fact that you even suggested this shows your lack of knowledge of the market. Not to mention you claimed that you'd be doing it if you were him as well, meaning you have no problem breaking the law, thus showing your true colors once again.
