Hmmmm, I need to check that board out. Used to have 11 shares of the B, but sold it a couple years ago.
Back in 1993, BRK was at $9900. A young guy I knew said he was buying two shares because, "who is a better mutual fund manager than Warren?"
My reason for not joining in was, Warren was an old guy and if something happened to him, the stock would tank. He's still around and the gains have been outstanding.
Of course the downside is, selling just one share outside an IRA will kill you with taxes.
