The rights offering is interesting.

There are 31M shares now. Another 36M will be issued to shareholders for $2.75.

Which means if we trade at $4+ then there won't be any sellers. Only buyers. (?) Because you can buy an additional 100% for $2.75.

Book value will be $7/share following the rights offering.
