Impressive? Leadership seems to be rotating more than anything. Former market leaders seem awol. Ebay? Yahoo? Qlgc? Csco? Expe? Orcl? Looking at the GSO and NWX and BTK and I see weakness. Seems so far, anyway, this is a SOX pop as I see a good number of new highs there.

I don't know what your looking at but on my system the Nasdaq net-new highs seemed marginal. We came close to the July 31st net new highs at 230 vs 242 but we are way off the net new highs established in June and July which were over 400. More importantly, the 50 dma of net new highs apparently is rolling over which is not a healthy sign.
