Even if this does continue to trade in the time being as an empty shell, it's subject to a SEC Suspension. There were 379 empty shell tickers in one day a couple years ago, 67 followed suit shortly after that and how ever many in surmountable tickers after that. There primarily concentrating on dormant tickers with no activity, with the exception of scrutinizing volume volatility.
