This corporation cannot be reinstated or revived. Those options under the NV regulation are only available for involuntary dissolution.

This Corporation submitted the Articles of Dissolution voluntarily. The resolution to dissolve a corporation is required to be approved by the directors or both the directors and voting stockholders as provided in NRS 78.580(1) and (2).
