It looked like same day. Merger was a month or so after. I got a lot of useless knowledge of weird stuff over the years.

But I was surprised myself about the dissolution. I thought for sure I had lost on the stock. I was like why the heck did the take over only to Dissolved it??!! I was pissed then i was bored and decided to search another SOS and low and behold it was on CO SOS. I was ecstatic. I almost dumped my shares to the bid.



I had searched a lot of SOSs over the years. Prob more than anyone. Ive gone through all the otc stocks 4x over. So prob about 50 to 60 thousand times I searched SOSs and thats just the first time not counting secondary times. but for some reason I missed the dissolution to reincorporation. Prob bc not all cos do it. or the crappy lawyers who do do RMs dont do it right.


(but I asked the most knowledgeable person on ihub about it and she told me it was the correct way actually to dissolve a co then start it up again)
