It wasnt liquidated but it was Dissolved bc I owned CRHO the stock and its right there on NV. It was dissolved on NV and then soon after it was incorporated in CO then merged with Social Detention.


MECK is one that may be used. It was liquidated I believe and 8k'ed dissolution and filed I believe on DE. only for the CEO to change his mind and seek a merger
