You never have a settlement like that and if you did the shareholders

should be informed there is no additional money. Doing business going

forward don't mean a damn thing about the settlement. As olddog suggested

if new legal action had to be taken it would only go back 6 years which

was after Nokia was King of the hill on sales. After consideration I now

believe we need a class action lawyer but one damn thing for sure legal

action has to be taken. If IDCC doesn't have a iron clad agreement signed

by Microsoft that would make IDCC withdraw legal action then the law

firm representing IDCC should be sued as well as the board and CEO.

This blatant withholding of material information. Any legal members

have a suggestion on a good class action law firm?


If you are so stupid to believe there was not more to this settlement

than what we were told then I can't help you.
