It is a positive development for sure but another positive development is the downtrend line that was broken a few weeks ago. In the past this has resulted in a year of positive movement. But as another poster pointed out, there are fundamentals going on behind the scenes which drive the pps. What these developments show me (downtrend line broken and Golden Cross) is that the demand is currently greater than supply. Since we are so late in the game I believe these technical developments are more important now.
