(watching this for sometime and No bearish nor bullish bias on this at the moment , just plain neutral)
1st, this only moves with PR , between PRs it usually stuck where it stays or pull backs
2nd, stock didnt jump as much as people have been expecting and lacked the volume behind it ,because that ( min.$50K - max.150K )funding is a complete joke , it is not even news worthy
3rd, if they can find proper (minimum $500K-$1mil) funding somehow and possibly upfront sale contract news , then this can turn to a opportunity of lifetime investment.
So, until they get some decent funding from may be an additional other source , this is in the "look, but dont touch zone"
Because it will likely stuck here or go lower until they get proper amount of funding , which to be honest does not look likely.So only other option left to move this significantly is to sign a contract with a school or some govt. entity for sales contract , until then this cant go anywhere
On the plus side though, very favorable share structure ,of course if they dont increase the A/S , since it is almost maxed out or revive that failed/rejected Reverse Split attempt
