Why release the news when the stock keeps going up all on its own? Why hit the NOS on a car if you aren't even going at 100? I've stated this multiple times already, Roger will hold the news until the very last minute when the stock is closest to .20 so he can use the news as the boost to get us over that wall. Just like .10 .20 is another mental wall.
