They just said this week. Tonight would have been better than Friday morning of course. I could see one of two things:

1) since this is a year end report maybe it has to be released a certain way? They did mention following compliance with this one.

2) the next best opportunity would be Sunday night. Still lives up to what they said in the tweet and before august 1st which maybe what they were referring to with the compliance.

Total speculation. A little bummed it didn't happen tonight but we all know this is going to be big news so it's ok if they take their time and do it right
