Re OS shares;

I looked into a ticker that currently has 6.75 Billion in OS. People still buying too.

So, obviously low OS is good, but at what point do you really need to panic? Is 1.5 billion so awful that it's beyond salvage? Does it absolutely guarantee an RS if it hits 1.5, or can add more shares and continue?Can good sales fix 1.5billion OS?

Not being a wise ass, serious question that the other ticker with 6.75 billion prompted. And I'm asking you because I don't believe your a basher/pumper here.
