I don't know really... It's a tough call because $BTGI could prove to BE a huge runner for many months (and maybe years to come) with its financial potential. 
And there have been some OTC stocks within the last year that went on some mega runs... One of which went from .004 to over $3.00 per share in 5 months time based on zero revenues and the hopes, dreams and promise of a possible distribution sales contract for a marijuana pill the company supposedly has in development. And that was a pure speculation play.
Where as... $BTGI has $40,000,000 in anticipated real projected annual revenues to look forward to over the next year, and will probably more than double or triple that growth over the next 2 to 4 years.
So if I were to take a random shot at a wild guess for the $BTGI share price...
WITHIN ONE YEAR... $1.00 to $2.00 per share?
IN 2 TO 4 YEARS... $3.00 to $5.00 per share?
