I agree with everything you said but he will never get there if does not do what he says when he says he is going to do it. I have been told on five different occasions that the up lifting is being done and that the audits are being do to accomplish that. Now Bart is saying that he US auditors are coming over on August the 7th to start a new audit and put a plan in place.You and I both know that could mean another 6 months and still, based on past performance guarantee's nothing. Sorry but I have been burned too many times.
