The "terms" are what I'm concerned about. I would like to see get to $3.00 from here via stock appreciation vs. a reverse with some kind of crazy ratio (1 share at $3-4 dollars for x number of shares at this level). Seen it before with management everyone trusted. I hope this company will actually look out for it' early supporters. Good luck
