RAD just wants to go public they are using the OMVS shell to do so. Reverse merging is A LOT cheaper than IPOing and that's why companies especially newer companies choose this route. Now the terms of the merger haven't been released because the merger hasn't been consummated yet. When it is consummated we can expect to see the merger agreement which we will all read very carefully to know the terms and conditions associated with the merger. Only then will we know who is giving what to who and what the end results will be as far as share structure and such. By the look of things RAD is doing very well and have doubled their sales in the last month from 1.5m to 3m that is very significant growth in a very short time period. If they continue to double their sales every month for the next year youre looking at a billion dollar company. Am I saying that is what's going to happen? No. But the potential is there in this new industry. We all know robots are the future whether we like it or not and RAD/OMVS are going to be a huge part of that IMO. When fortune 500 companies are knocking on your door and asking about your product you know you have a winner. GLTA
