Someone theorized that the delay was purposeful. Someone also once told me that he saw a company delay a small piece FINRA was requesting in order to control the timing of their ticker change. Then once they submitted what FINRA was asking for, BOOM! Ticker change! If that's the case here, we just might see a similar BOOM here this week!
