if this name mismatch at WY SOS was the hangup for the finra ticker change (in other words, prompting a round of comments and fixes) it cost 9 weeks in delays. leaving out the world "holding" in a "holding company"... couldn't this have been done CORRECTLY back in february? who is running the show? i just don't get it.
