My opinions are based on what I've read in the depositions that are posted on TAUG's website

.

Again, re-checking the TAUG website, it appears there are two deposition exhibits and both show as being from "William Meyler". It is NOT multiple depositions! One download is Meyler's actual deposition and the other is the "exhibits" associated with the Meyler deposition! How can anyone read one single deposition, which of course was selected by the self-serving plaintiff, and arrive at any sort of "objective" conclusion?

How can one single defendant deposition come close to defining the outcome of this civil litigation? Did the poster actually turn to PACER to read the history of the arguments? There are probably at least 6 to 10 other depositions that should be factored into any judgement! What does "slam dunk" mean? I'm thinking "it's relative" terminology, based upon a review of one document!
