When did they get a chance to dump 100s of millions of shares for any real gain? Volume here is anemic, January run was also on relatively little volume. Scammers don't run otc tickers to make $50k in profits dumping a few million shares.

Had I seen days of hundreds of millions of shares trading after the static deal your theory may have a small bit of credence, we haven't seen that so your theory is wrong imo.

If this is a scam, it hasn't even started yet, which means they will eventually run it so load up and join the ride. I don't believe it is myself, I believe the problem and delays are due to incompetence.
